About

Me

Logos, ads, websites, oh my!

I got my start in design as a precocious twelve-year-old, posing as an adult online in order to build a client list and establish a design company. Crazily enough, it worked.

Since then, over the past decade I’ve worked for, with, and within different companies, agencies, and marketing departments. I’ve made multi-media creative across industries - from travel to retail to advertising, and worked across mediums - from concepting ads, to designing websites and videos, to building brands. The arts are an ever evolving entity, and design not only requires a sharp eye for aesthetics but the ability to translate transcendent principles across constant change.

I consider myself a pragmatic creative - design should not only be lovely to look at, it should do something. Answer a question. Tell a story. Sell your product.

Above all, I’m the biggest fan of people. Without incredible minds guiding the way, mentors, artists, peers, I would have never gotten to this point in my life. I love, love, love what I do and I love, love, love the people I do it with.

What else do I do?

  • I actually got my MFA in Screenwriting from Emerson and was offered a part-time gig. I’m the biggest fan of my students and work to uplift them, inspire them, encourage them, and foster creativity and mindfulness in everything they do.

  • From screenplays (my bragging-right is one IMDb credit) to theatrical productions to copywriting, I’ve seen my work produced, my plays made live, my writing in the real world. I consider myself first-and-foremost, a storyteller.

  • If you need a brand designed, a campaign mocked-up, a new logo for your company I also do freelance Art & Creative Direction. Some of my designs are still out in the wild on hotel signs, posters, and company websites.
