10 years in the game and I’ve done a little bit of everything. To me, art isn’t just free and wild creation. It’s actually more like discovery. The more you understand the greater purpose at hand, the more you can uncover how to achieve the greater goal at hand, even if it’s not always clear in the beginning. I believe a good designer’s job is to chisel away the excess and find the root desire, the real objective, the angel in the marble. That’s how you solve problems. That’s how you make great art.
